Free DHL Express shipping on orders over $200 (we currently only sell in the US)
Order processing time
We know you can’t wait to give your pet a new toy, so we’ll do our best to process your order in the shortest possible time. Usually, we will process it within 1-2 business days. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.
Pettoyshome.com order processing hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (EST).
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM (EST), Monday-Friday, orders placed after 6:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 10:00 a.m. the following day.
Orders after 6:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)
If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact our customer service Airelle Overfelt via email [email protected], and we will refund you or process the order with priority.
Shipping time
After the order is processed, we will arrange shipment for you as soon as possible. The shipping time of DHL Express is 3-5 business days. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.
If the shipping time exceeds 7 business days, you can contact our customer service Airelle Overfelt via email at [email protected] to request a refund or re-shipment.
Delivery time
Usually, the delivery time is calculated from the date of order processing, which is generally 4-7 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.
If you have not received your pet toy after more than 9 business days, you can contact our customer service Airelle Overfelt directly at [email protected] to apply for a refund or let us reship it.

About consumption tax
We do not charge consumption tax. If consumption tax is incurred, customers need to pay it themselves.
Package
We take the packaging of your pet toys very seriously to protect your pet toys and keep them intact during transportation.
We will pack your pet toys in cartons like the one pictured below, while adding plastic foam paper inside to prevent scratches, bumps, or crushes to minimize potential shipping damage.
The package contains the pet toys you purchased, instructions, our gifts, and a return label (the return label will be required to be returned when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it properly).

Before you hit the pay button, make sure you’re ready. Double-check that the recipient’s information, phone number, email address, and shipping address are accurate.

Sign for order
Please check whether the packaging is intact before signing for it. If the pet toy is damaged or crushed, please reject it and contact customer service Airelle Overfelt at [email protected] in time. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you in time, thank you.
We recommend that you sign for receipt in person. If someone else signs for it, make sure your package is not lost.
We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the pet toy when signing for it in case you need to return or exchange it later.

3. What if my pet toys are lost during transportation?
Although we do our best to ensure that orders arrive on time, packages may get lost.
