Payment process

Step 1: Add the pet toy you want to buy to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Click “View Cart” to enter the shopping cart.

Step 3: View and confirm the order information. At this point, you can choose to directly click the “PayPal” button to pay or click “Proceed to checkout” to enter the settlement page.

If you choose to use PayPal to pay, please complete the payment after logging into your PayPal account.

Step 4: If you click the “Proceed to checkout” button and enter the checkout page, please carefully fill in the name, address, phone number, email and other information in the “Billing details”, and check whether you need to ship to a different address.

After filling in and checking that it is correct, choose PayPal to pay, check the small box below and click the “PayPal” button, log in to your PayPal account and complete the payment.

PayPal payment declined

There can be a number of reasons why a PayPal payment may be declined, here are some possible reasons:

Insufficient Account Balance: If your PayPal account balance is insufficient to cover the transaction, the payment may be declined.

Account verification issues: PayPal may require verification of your account to ensure security. If your account is not verified, payments may be restricted.

Restricted accounts: If your PayPal account is restricted, payments will also be affected. Account restrictions may be caused by security issues, usage policy violations, etc.

If your payment is declined, we recommend that you log into your PayPal account and review the details about the transaction to understand the specific reason for the decline.
